I was worried about storage for our clothes and was very pleasantly surprised by how spacious the drawers under the bed (they're huge and deep) and closet were. My only reservation in recommending this space is that I'll have more competition when I go to rent it next time!! :-)"

"We had a great time staying at 12 Trees. The location is excellent for the perfect beach vacation. The house is very comfortable. It is very quiet neighborhood in a peaceful setting. We enjoyed relaxing under the pines and in the hottub. We enjoyed having family meals using the grill. The kitchen ware, (coffee maker, etc) could use an update, but other than that it was perfect."
