The second living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a love seat. Settle in for movie night on the 42” TV, or unplug with a selection of board games and puzzles.

KITCHEN & DINING

An open-concept floor plan makes the well-equipped chef’s kitchen a delight to cook in. Stainless steel appliances include a gas range and side-by-side fridge, and there's ample counter space for meal prep.

Choose from three dining areas: the roomy two-person kitchen bar, the six-person breakfast nook, or an elegant dining room for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Your two-story condo sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the second living area.

Downstairs, the primary suite boasts a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The spa-like master bathroom has two modern sinks and a walk-in rain shower with multiple showerheads.

The second bedroom has a set of twin beds, and the third has a full-size bed. Both guest rooms have a flat-screen TV. The adjacent bathroom is outfitted with a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination.

A powder room upstairs provides added convenience.

Spring Break

Great location for easy, quick lift access.Tons of food and shopping just a short walk away. Very spacious and clean. Read the description closely as trucks will not fit in the garage. I missed that part and had to pay 50 a day to park. I highly recommend this condo and will be staying here again in my next visit.

A group of us came during Sundance. House was wonderful. Perfect location. Only complaint was the basement where the bedrooms are got very cold but they provided ample space heaters and then we were ok. Thanks for a great stay!!

Nice place, great location

Nice property, lots of space to spread out. I feel that the only thing that might be an improvement is to remove some of the decorations and pictures. I felt it was a little too cluttered and dusty. Also, it's very cold in the bedrooms and the space heaters felt old and smelled like they were burning.

Blissful!

We all loved this property. It was very inviting and comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out. The location was outstanding for walks into Park City for the restaurants and shopping. The cute picnic table area was nice for relaxing with a cocktail. The neighbors were very nice and friendly. We had never been there in the Summer before, so the ski lift for sight seeing was a treat. We would definitely go back and rent again!

Great Location in Park City

Our recent stay at this condo was very enjoyable. The best feature is it's proximity to downtown. The size was perfect for our group of 5. Better details of amenities and things like paper goods provided is needed. Suggestions for things like dining, shopping, gear rental and other services would be helpful. Needs to be updated and carpet replaced.

Can’t beat the location. Lift across the street and easy walk to everything in town. Need a little more attention to washing the linens between stays. Bed spread down stairs was gross.

Clean property. Everything was functional and in good shape, furnishings slightly dated but all proper working order. Home was very warm, while supplied with towels and linens. Walking distance to everything meaningful in Park City. Would stay there again.
