The home is located in a convenient area of Paradise with easy access to Magalia or Chico. The home has an open concept living and kitchen area with the master bedroom on the opposite side of the house. The garage is not accessible to guests.

Mountain retreat just a short drive from Chico

We were in town for my son's graduation from Chico State. We were worried it was a little too far from the graduation but really wanted a place away from all the craziness in Chico. The drive was short and beautiful. We would absolutely recommend this stunning home and gorgeous town the next time you stay in the area.

Best vacation rental I’ve ever remted!

So peaceful, so clean and beautifully decorated and what a getaway it is for me and our family live in the area and we have such a wonderful time having them over for meals. The area is gorgeous and especially in spring.

This is our 3rd stay at this property and it was as good as the other 2 stays. It's a warm cozy home with a full list of amenities. Can't think of a better place to spend time if you're in the area and need a place to stay.
