The area was central to downtown Chico and very pet. In fact Schuberts ice cream ( really great) was just across the street. Check it out Parking adequate, staff exceptionally friendless and efficient. Breakfast had a variety of fruits, yogurts, breads and waffles. Worked out great for us

We stayed in the king none smoking. The room was just ok for a quick stop. Concerned about the stain in the carpet and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. The place looks like they attempted to update the rooms but still needs a good remodel. It was in a good location though. Close to the college and down town.

Liked the various architectural additions in the rooms and the texture and pop color walls. They did a lot with a small area to make it interesting. Also close to nice walk to downtown and 2 good bakeries close by. Will certainly stay here on our next visit. Teri at reception was lovely.
