The room was very clean and the hotel is very nice and it is in a great location for walking everywhere in Casco Viejo. The only problem we had was a lukewarm shower. Staff is very helpful.

I loved this hotel so much. Everyone I encountered there was so kind and welcoming. The room itself was huge, and the shower was probably the nicest I’ve ever had on any of my travels.

The front desk team was amazing!! Immediately opened doors for us, helped us pack suitcases to the room, answered all type of questions. They always had a smile on their faces. We were in room 202 which was more than comfortable for the two of us. Location was fabulous. We were able to walk everywhere in Casco Viejo and down to the light festival at the park on the water front. Felt very safe the entire time. Across the street was a rooftop restaurant with a 360 degree view of the area. They served delicious food and drinks. We would definitely return to this hotel again.

As far as the staff and the property, I got great service. I had a room off the street though, and I heard everything going on outside until 5 or 6am at times. Outside of the noise, I enjoyed myself.

Was great. Very clean, nice area with lots of places to eat, etc. The only complaint I have was that there are are two different buildings to hotel is in. One is the one pictured in the picture, the other is across the street, and you have to walk through a bar to get to. Not the feel of walking through a hotel lobby. Not someone there to answer your questions, etc. (you walk across the street for that).

From check in to check out the staff has been helpful and excellent. Room was cleaned and made up every day. All basic amenities you’d expect were there plus water bottles. Comfortable king bed with king pillows. Sunrise was early so black out drapes were appreciated. We were right in the center of Casco Veijo and had easy walks to every thing on the area tours. Nice place to stay
