The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is located in a very convenient area close to restaurants and shops. However, the service received at this hotel was very poor. We booked 3 rooms under our reservation. Some rooms received bottled water daily as we were entitled to, some did not. We had to wait 3 days to receive a wash cloth and never received requested toilet paper. We certainly won't be staying at this hotel in the future.

Pretty sure the Shuttle Driver scammed us. We were quoted $30 by Hotel Front Desk for the van to take us to the airport. Once we got there, driver wanted $50 because we have "more than 2 people. so It's more." This is an unfortunate end to an otherwise great stay that started with Front Desk getting us checked in 3 hours early; clean and spacious room. Elevator is small, but we have 5 people that had no trouble fitting inside. Free breakfast is, free, but definitely well prepared and delicious. Location is good with several great restaurants and shops within walking distance.
