This is a beautiful property with lots of amenities. The rooms are large with stunning water, city, and mountain views. We enjoyed the large balcony to relax and catch the morning sunrise and evening sunsets. The rooms were equipped with all the needed essentials. Enjoyed having breakfast each morning out on the terrace each morning at Masi. The pools were gorgeous and it was never crowded during our visit. Because this property is so close to the ocean, there are a few cosmetic issues due to the salt water. For example, the desk chair in our room needed to be replaced. The metal portions of it had lots of corrosion because of its proximity to the balcony opening, but it wasn't a deal breaker at all ....just an observation. Overall we had a fantastic stay and will stay again during our next visit. Thanks for the hospitality JW!!

Excellent property. Friendly and informative staff. Front desk receptionist, Leo, was awesome. He provided great recommendations for eateries, sights, and entertainment. The infinite pool was amazing /views of the skyline & ocean are phenomenal. Breakfast was top notch (omelette station, fresh juices, fruits, pastries etc). Ubers arrive to the location quickly and are very affordable. The hotel is centrally located to all pints of interest. The owners/management have curated an all-inclusive resort feeling.

The staff and service is subpar at best. The overall experience is not to the level of other JW Marriotts in other places. The hotel does not take the guest experience to another level especially for the price. The parking situation is horrible and the politics around the hotel is like “it’s your problem, not mine” and accountability is almost nonexistent.
