This charming condo features a fully equipped kitchen that makes preparing meals and beach snacks easy. Gather in the living room area and watch some TV while planning tomorrow's adventures, or rest after swimming your day away in one of the shared swimming pools. Sip a morning cup of coffee on the private balcony or spend time with the family watching the sunset. room was nasty it should not be rented in the condition it is. bathrooms were moldy and dirty. kitchen was so old and dirty did not cook anything there. I called to complain they told me they knew of conditions and that’s why I got it for the price I paid. My daughter rented one using other host it was very nice. will not rent using that host again.

This has a great beach view, but would not stay here again. Overall pretty clean, but walked in with sand on the floor and our feet turned black after walking around, so I chose to wear socks anytime we were inside to avoid getting dirty… also there is no fan in the bathroom, so as you shower you see the ceiling paint/wall pealing off above you. It’s a decent stay, but I feel not any less expensive than all the other places and just not as clean as I’d like. Also, like other reviewers, the elevators can be so slow or packed, so you have to wait a while to catch one if you have a wagon or any decent amount of stuff with little kids. 2 elevators for about 40 rooms per floor x 16 floors… and if an emergency like a fire happened?? Seems problematic.

We liked the location. Elevators were always busy so we always walked down 10 flights of stairs. The condo itself was ok. Needs some updates. Needs painted and new refrigerator, it has rust on it. It was a little dirty on the inside so had to clean it (refrigerator). The fan in the living room didn’t work. The door to the fire hose outside the bedroom window would not stay closed so when the wind blew you could hear it at night when trying to sleep. Reported it to the condo complex since it wasn’t the condo itself but it never got fixed. When we first got there we couldn’t get the TV to work and called the number they gave us. Someone was out within the hour to fix it. Really need to change the mattress. Very dirty. I would suggest investing in a plastic mattress cover and then put a pad on top of that. Beautiful view and the complimentary chairs on the beach was a plus.

Great Location

As the title states, perfect location. Condo is a little out-dated, but nice. Perfect location on the beach. Elevators are painfully slow, but the place was packed when we were there. Make sure you bring toilet paper and cooking supplies. Best part was right next to the pool is a little burger and drink stand called Bikini Bob's. You can eat and drink dirt cheap while hanging at the pool!

Great place

Check in was right at 4, so no early check in. Place was clean and can fit a family of 4 nicely. The bunk beds had extra drawers for the kids to put their clothes which they liked. Beautiful views. Black out windows in master bedroom was nice as well. Little wear and tear but perfect.
