Our family has been coming to Rosemary beach for over 20 yrs and by far the proximity of this super accommodating beach home is sublime. The carriage house was perfect for our young adults with all the amenities inside and out. We so happened to have a potential olympic swimmer in the family and was more than excited to be close to the sky pool, as she was able to practice everyday. Our absolute fav!!

The carriage house was perfect for our millennials! Us older girls had plenty of room in the cottage. The only downside was the parking. There wasn't quite enough room to parallel park the second car so it had to be parked in the 3 hr parking lot the whole trip. It wasn't a problem-we just didn't use that car. Great house!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second visit to this property and we absolutely love it! The location is ideal and only a short walk to the beach. The house is very well maintained and furnished. Our older kids love the privacy of the carriage house. We had no issues with anything during either of our stairs and I found the staff at 30 a luxury vacations to be very responsive and friendly. They communicate via text message very clearly and all of the instructions are easy to follow. Overall, this is an excellent property and I would highly recommend it to any family visiting Rosemary Beach. Numerous restaurants and shops are a short walk or bike ride.

It was conveniently located a short walk from the beach and had all the amenities that we needed. It was extremely clean and in excellent condition. Our kids especially loved the carriage house and the enclosed courtyard. My interactions with the 30A luxury vacation rental company were always positive. They were pleasant, helpful, and responsive to all of our requests. Overall it made for a wonderful vacation and we will definitely return and rent the same property again in the future.Thank you!

The house has such a great layout - there were plenty of different spots for people to spend time in so it never felt crowded. The location is wonderful! We could walk to the beach, to the pool, to the shops and the restaurants - even our 3 year old walked most of the time. We only used our car once to head to Publix, which felt like a win with a lot of kids! The home was clean, beautiful, and everything worked well. There were extra beach and pool toys to choose from in the garage and the courtyard and patio were so nice for spending time outside. Overall, this home is absolutely worth it! We hope to be back!

We were offered a few alternatives and R & B had just come on the rental market so there wasn't much information. We took a chance and are so grateful we did. Charm, character and warmth are how I would describe this lovely home. Loved the carriage house so everyone could have their space. Well equipped and comfortable places to sit throughout. We had a few minor bumps like all rentals but 30A was amazing to work with. It was our first time to Rosemary and the town and beach are enchanting!

We encountered a few minor issue upon check in and our initial stay, all of which were immediately addressed and rectified.The home and separate loft area above the garage was a perfect location for our college age kids. The main house was spacious, well appointed, and had all necessary kitchen items for home cooking(though with fabulous restaurants a short walk away, we rarely needed them!). We had 6 teenagers and my wife and myself. More than enough room for all to spread out! Outdoor area was beautiful and spacious (and all enclosed).Perfect location near tennis courts, work out facilities, and one of pools. The short walk (or even shorter bike ride) to the town square and beach was also a bonus. Owners offer parking for up to 4 cars(two on site and two parking passes).Check in/out was very simple.I would recommend this property without reservation!

Nice town beach blocked

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Rosemary and have been going for years. It’s frustrating the the whole beach is blocked by empty chairs that companies set up to block you from using the beach without submitting to their rental chair extortion scheme. They shouldn’t be able to block the beach with chairs that aren’t even being used. This is out of control and makes the experience significantly worse.
