★ GUEST ACCESS ★

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Before arrival, we’ll provide a unique code for keyless entry so check-in is quick and easy. Check in is at 4PM. Check out is promptly at 10AM.

★ PROVIDED ESSENTIALS ★

Sunset Sandbox comes supplied with: Each bathroom has 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 travel size shampoo and conditioner, 1 soap bar per bathroom; the Kitchen has 1 roll of paper towels, a small liquid dish soap, a dish sponge, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 kitchen trash bags and 2 laundry tabs.

★ BOOKING DETAILS ★

Full refund less $250 30 days or more before check-in. No refunds within 30 days of arrival. We do require our guests to be 25 or older to rent. ID verification is required and guests are required to sign a rental agreement directly with us. An authorization form for a refundable security deposit of $500 must be completed at time of booking. A hold will be applied on credit card 3 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★

This property is pet-friendly. We allow up to 2 animals per stay with a $125 fee per pet. We kindly ask that animals not be left alone in the home, kept off the furniture and cleaned up after. Bringing in animals without notifying us will result in pet fees and additional cleaning being taken from security deposit.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in full loss of security deposit to cover Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. City quiet hours are 10 pm-7 am and are strictly enforced.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We highly recommend travel insurance to help in case you need to cancel outside of our policy window! Refunds, where applicable, are less a $250 cancellation fee.
