Really enjoyed our brief stay over Easter break. Spacious condo with a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. We loved that the unit came with chair/umbrella service and my littles really liked the heated pool in the mornings. Elevators worked well and even though it is a large building, we never felt crowded. Thanks!

Great location, clean room. Plenty towels. Perfect view. YThe only con was the parking spot in the garage below, we were there in the off season if the garage had been full. It would have been very hard to park. Luckily the spots across from us were empty so we could pull up in them to back in. But I have used the parking across the street it’s good also, just more walking. I do recommend this room. If you lucky enough to be able to get it, do so.

July 4th

We had a great time! Having 2 free beach chairs was a plus. We had a great show on the 4th! People were shooting fireworks that we could watch from the balcony! This is the more family friendly end of the strip, which was nice. Close to the grocery stores and not far from the pier.

Nice family vacation spot. The condo was nice. We had a slight problem with patio chairs and owners were quick to respond and fixed the problem immediately! Thanks for sharing you condo with us!

Wonderful Condo with the Perfect Ocean View

This place was perfect for our family vacation! It was on the ninth floor overlooking the ocean and the view was gorgeous! The condo was very clean and roomy and decorated very nicely. Alecia was very nice, helpful and responded quickly to questions. We will definitely be back again!

Cozy with a beautiful view

We loved staying at the Celadon. It was a great location. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We did run out of supplies after the first few days but it was our fault for not reading the details of what was available to us. We easily went down the road to get what we needed.

Perfect week!

We booked a day before arrival and the property manager promptly responded and secured our reservation. We can’t say enough about this wonderful condo. It is beautiful, super clean, and has absolutely everything you need for a perfect week at the beach. The property manager responded immediately to each communication from us. We can’t wait to return.

Nice place

It is your basic PCB condo. It was clean, easy to find, easy enough to park under the building and we had a fairly large SUV. One of the 3 elevators was out and that did create quite a wait during peak hours. Beach was great. Owner was very responsive to my messages. Be sure to read the check in email thoroughly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, comfortable property with easy access. Friendly and helpful people. Especially liked that it was in a less busy area of PCB. Chair service was good, though by starting a bit early to pick up the empties, they are driving through a bit much. Will consider staying again.

Girls vacation

This unit had not been cleaned. Once we got settled in we were noticing, kids sock on floor next to chair, woman’s fake finger nail on floor, floor was dirty. I did contact the manager and she replied quickly and she sent a crew to clean the unit properly. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was perfect and fit our family with comfort. My only compliant is not about the room, but instead the elevators. Seems like each time we have been at Celadon, there is an elevator that is not in service. Sometimes it creates very long waits. For me it’s no problem for stairs. My wife has a chronic illness that affects her joints and she can not do many flights of stairs without pain. This still is just a minor inconvenience for us. Over-all we enjoyed our stay

First Trip to Panama City Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Celadon is a nice condo and was well furnished. We were there at the beginning of low season, so not everything was open and they were doing some annual maintenance. However, we enjoyed this comfortable condo. I think the ceiling fans in both bedrooms may need to repaired or replaced - they were slightly noisy. I loved the little touches throughout the condo - like hooks behind the bathroom doors, soap dish on the master vanity, coasters on the night stands, well stocked kitchen, soft fluffy pillows in the living room, etc - nice ‘homey’ touches.

Condo was great!

Condo was great it just sits on the west end too far from our usual spots we visit. Everything was nice, property manager responded quickly. Very quiet & family friendly.

Great Condo Great Location

Everything you need in a condo. Away from the main part of the strip but close enough to enjoy all the best parts of PCB. Would recommend anybody to this condo!!!

Relaxing

Loved the location. Very easy process from start to finish! We stayed for 2 weeks and had great weather the whole time. Condo was perfect except it would have been nice to have had a walk in shower in one of the bathrooms. Tub shower combo not safe for older adults. We will be back.

Great location. Clean facility.

Worked remotely from there for a week. Located right on the beach. Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Water sports are right in front of this property. Clean white sand. We got complimentary beach chairs and umbrella daily. Thoroughly enjoyed the walk on the beach. Highly recommended.
