Not as described, needs repairs

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this condo. When we arrived, there was no hot water. Reached out to the proper manager who was quick to respond and set up a time for it to be repaired the next day. Maintenance workers showed up an hour and a half after scheduled time. They replaced a part on the water heater, but we still did not have hot water. The water heater also made an extremely loud noise making it near impossible to sleep next to it in the bunk beds. I mentioned the noise to the property manager and the maintenance workers and they both acted like it was normal, yet I know it wasn’t. So after 40+ hours without hot water I let them know we’d be finding a new place to stay and requested a refund. They stop responding to me after that. Also, the condo could use some repairs. The pictures online are obviously from when it was newer. They had broken blinds, broken bench at the table, broken kitchen faucet and very limited cups. There were only 2. We travel a LOT and have stayed at tons of VRBO’s and this was our first bad experience. We ended up moving to a different condo in the same resort and had a wonderful experience there.

Very clean !!!Very nice!!

The room was very clean. Just like the pictures. The location of the room was great. The host responded promptly. The overall stay was great. Would definitely stay again and recommend for family and friends or anyone looking for a nice place for vaction.
