The bedroom with the bunk beds has no light only lamps and no ceiling fan it was so hot in the room.

Nice but a little dated

The property is nice, several pools so they aren't real full. The villa we stayed in # 1811, was really basic, but fulfilled our needs. You can only use shower not the tub, unless u just let the shower run to fill it. The dryer takes a couple cycles to dry clothes. There were some damage areas on walls from the door knobs from previous renters. Overall, nothing that is bad enough to not stay again. Actually, we plan to come back and stay next summer. Close to a lot of things to do.

Need another management company

Not happy with Vacasa. Owner needs new management company. Took over 24 hours for balcony door to be locked. I begged for a hair dryer that was on condo listing and it was never supplied. Top bunk was unavailable because no ladder. How can a child get up to top bunk without a ladder? Ridiculous. Entrance and back patio needed cleaning.

Needs updating

This villa was just okay. The master bathroom ceiling has rust in the shower, and the guest bathtub was filthy. They need to update and remodel the space, especially the bathrooms. The A/C was freezing in the living room, master, and kitchen, but the front guest room got very hot. Overall I gave it a 4 star review because it did the job for our stay.

Edgewater Villa

Condo was clean and comfortable, communication was efficient! The only issue we ran across was the TV not working in the master room, which wasn’t a big deal, aside from trying to drown out the noise of ducks quacking at night nearby! Overall, great stay, would recommend!
