4 adults and 6 kids fit perfectly. It was a great location, near a lot of activities. 2nd floor which was great for loading and unloading the car as well as accessing the car to go places we couldn’t walk. A lot of pool options. We will definitely be back

Comforter & pillow shams in MBR smelled like sweat and obviously had not been laundered. Stain on comforter. Gritty sand on floor at check in. Hairs present in MBR shower upon check in. Remnants of what appeared to be pizza in the drawer underneath the oven. Missing some basics, such as pizza cutter, pizza pan, soap. Some furniture was different from what was advertised in pictures. Was not worth it for the price we paid. Will not be staying here again.

Location is everything with this property! 233 is steps away from the elevator and stairs. We never felt like we had a long walk to get to any of the great restaurants on site, or to the pools, or to the beach! Close to several fun attractions and conveniently across the street from Walmart. Our group had four adults and four kids, and we had plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was very dirty when we arrived. The dishwasher was broken the refrigerator ice machine, and the water from the refrigerator was broken. The washing machine only worked on the longest three hour wash, the dishwasher was missing the rollers to slide the rack back-and-forth. There was no pizza pan, pizza cutter, can opener,etc. The kitchen was not sufficient to stay a month. And to top it all off they were cockroaches. We asked to be moved with no response! We left 19 days before we were supposed to with no response from Vrbo to try and rectify this. This is our first time and it’s our last time.

Close to elevator and walkway. Perfect bed set up for our group. Nice view of the water fountain show. A nice place to stay within walking distance of beach and Pineapple Willy’s. A great place if you don’t mind not having a beach view.

Great vacation!

Great property - clean, lots of helpful staff, multiple pools, walking distance to eating and shopping, family friendly. Condo was VERY spacious and comfortable. Simply decorated which is SUPER for family with small kids. Great communication with host - she provided us with all the info we needed and was quick to answer any questions.

Terrible Communication- No accommodation

Questions back to the owner were answered with automated messages until it was too late to change anything. There were other dates available for the condo that we needed to move but without any communication from the owner they know we had to pay for two nights of stay without going to the condo. There are also parking and wristband fees that you will pay at the Laketown Wharf resort that are non-fundable and you are required to pay well in advance. I'm sure the place is nice, but I would NOT recommended you reserve with Aneliya's Rentals if you want a pleasant experience.

The property managers were so amazingly communicative and sweet. The place is beautiful and it’s so convenient being on the 2nd floor right next to the parking structure. I loved every second of my stay. Please stay here!

Spring Break! Great spot & awesome host!

I came with a group of friends for a spring getaway and had the best time! We had 9 people, but never felt cramped. Everything was really clean and it was such an easy walk to the beach. My only complaint is that the coffee machine did not work, but we were able to get Keurig pods to use that part of the machine. Check in was also very time consuming as almost everyone in the complex was checking in at the same time and there were only 3 people working, but that is a problem with a complex. Just keep that in mind when you arrive. Overall awesome stay!
