This is a nice property in an excellent location. Overall, it was a very good place for four people. Beautiful view and easy beach access. Pros: kitchen was decently equipped with nice appliances and kitchenware. Living room was comfy and relaxing. Bedrooms and bathrooms had good storage spaces. Really appreciate the mostly cotton sheets and blankets. Cons: downstairs floor was not that clean. Rugs need to be cleaned! Lots of kitchen items had been put away dirty (yuck). No Kleenex provided, no hand soap, no extra toilet paper or paper towels (just one super cheap roll). So be prepared to bring kitchen essentials!They do supply a few things like a tiny dish soap and a little kit of bath essentials but it’s not enough for a week. There wasn’t even one extra kitchen garbage bag—so bring extras!Also, the property needs some love and maintenance: electrical outlet plates broken, lamp switch broken, master BR fan control would only turn fan and light on together, so we could not use fan at night! Interior paint and upholstery were a little dingy.The master BR mattress is memory foam and they have this slick cover on it that scoots all around, a fitted sheet that won’t stay on and isn’t breathable. This made for HOT, uncomfortable and not very good sleep. The master shower controls only adjusted the temperature, not the pressure—so be ready to have an intense shower with a very hard (waste of water!) spray. Like needles. Better maintenance and cleaning needed overall.
