When we arrived there was another family in the condo. They had rented it the day before. We reserved it back in October. Apparently the host double booked it. Had the President of the owner’s association not been there and got involved we would not have had a place to stay.

The 2 condos, at the Summit, we were shuffled from, should never have been rented in the first place! There was work being performed on the balcony of each. The noise was terrible and workers going up and down on scaffolding.We were moved to a different condo, at a different complex, right next to the elevator shaft! We paid for 2 weeks, stayed 1 week!

Perfection!!

The elevator gave main character energy (its slow and thankfully only went out once) but was actually the highlight!! Lol we enjoyed meeting TONS of exciting ppl while waiting for them. The condo was immaculate... Clean, welcoming, comfortable, VIEWS. my sons said the pull out was VERY comfortable, as were the beds and bunk beds. We will definitely be back, we absolutely loved the space and experience!! Thank you

Great Location Great Condo

Two adults and 4 children. Clean condo with great view and location. I read that elevators are slow but we have not experienced that. Seems they were as fast as anywhere else. Not sure why but they only heat up one of the big pools and that's where all the guest were sitting in. They have a small bar there with great food. And not expensive at all. Not sure why but they are closing pools and hot tubs at 7pm. Will definitely rent again.

Great Time!

Loved the condo! Just a couple of minor things that were wrong. Property was very clean and everyone there was very nice! Not very good communications with the host for our condo though. Would stay again loved it!

Best place

The place and location was great. The pictures are very accurate. If you don't want to leave the property, you dont have to. They have a tiki bar and a bar and grill by the pool. There's a nightly dj. They have a gym and suana also. Unfortunately the sauna is seperated by men and women. The only downfalls were the elevators and I think our unit stored all the extras for the other rooms. They had to come to our room two or three times for things for other rooms. We understand the elevator situation but it was so annoying waiting 15-30 minutes for an elevator. Overall we loved our stay! We would definitely book again!

Beach front

Saw that owner has a super host status so i was expecting a nice stay, not exaggerated but the photos seemed like the unit was fully updated but that was not the case. (The patio furniture was old and slightly rusty). Another thing, the coffee machine was very dirty, washed it twice and was still dirty, In the kitchen there was a handle missing from the stove, the master bedroom didn’t have a smart and the tv in the living room would occasionally have issues, it didn’t wanna turn off and the volume buttons would randomly stop working. Although there were several small issues, The decor was nice and the beach view was a plus to my stay.

Could of been better

It was a beautiful place as far as location. The elevators did not work at all on Saturday we had to walk up and down 11 flights of stairs. The bed in the master bedroom had sand in it. We were not able to watch the tv except for Netflix and it only worked half the time.

Overall good!

2nd time staying at the Summit. Best beach in Panama. Only drawback is The Elevators, or lack of. I would stay again, as my 5 Star Rating!

Great room

I would definitely recommend this room at the summit! It was beyond clean and stocked with all we needed. The furnishings were nice and taken care of. The check in process was easy. The location was also great. I would stay again!!

All was great. Love the dehumidifier. Light in shower bathroom burned out. Elevators at facility nightmare. Loved the condo and great communication with owner. Bed was very comfy. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Vacation Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the Summit 1125. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed (except for a pizza cutter - which I purchased and left there for the next vacationers). The water pressure in the shower is the ONLY thing I can complain about at all. Everything else was great and we will definitely consider staying there again. Ripley - Family of 4

Very nice updated condo. Very clean. No issues except for the elevators being very slow.
