Beach Time

We enjoyed the condo just across from the beach entrance. Condo was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Loved the rooftop pool, on-site workout facility & great location to ride bikes to Rosemary. We also rode to the Hub & Seaside just a bit more of a ride. Plenty of room to dine at the condo as well. Loved the area as it wasn’t as busy as Seaside.

Location and private beach access was wonderful! The beach was never crowded and we loved having the umbrella/chair that came with the listing. The accommodations were clean, the condo felt roomy and it was overall very convenient. Wished a few more necessities had been provided like toilet paper, more dishwasher pods and kitchen trash bags. One of the rooms had a hallway window which made it a little loud hearing people getting on and off the elevator. Didn't receive check-in instructions in a timely manner.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterhouse. The unit was very clean and spacious. It was right next to the beach access so we could easily get to and from the beach (which is important with 2 young kids). The pool was great too. It was not crowded at all. Short drive to Alys Beach and Rosemary, but without all of the crowds. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful spacious condo

Great condo with a lot of space, and a spacious nice kitchen. Balcony facing 30A with great view, but the road is little noisy. Internet not very good. Overall is very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Great Condo

We really enjoyed our stay in Seacrest. This is a great condo. The location across the street from the beach is wonderful. We had easy access to the beach. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool. The condo is spacious and nicely appointed. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi. It is very spotty. Sometimes it worked fine and sometimes it didn't work at all. That was frustrating for my teenagers. Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo.

Great location!

This property provided everything we wanted and needed. Location location location! The location was excellent! I really cannot say that enough. The view from the balcony was superb and it was very peaceful and quiet at night sitting on the balcony. All codes were provided in the guest portal prior to arrival. I would suggest taking a screenshot as service was spotty at times. There were adequate towels and toiletries. You will need to bring additional paper towels as only one roll was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with adequate dishes and appliances. Yes, some of the appliances are older but they worked just fine! In case you were wondering, grocery delivery is available at this location. We used Shipt and had no problems. The beach is a very short walk across the street with private gate access. The chair/umbrella rental stand is just to the right once you get off the steps down to the beach. The attendant was able to place the chairs in such a way to keep us socially distanced from other beachgoers, although there weren't many present. Before booking, I was told Seacrest was a good option because it would be much less crowded than other beaches - that description was 100% accurate. Our group felt safe the entire time. The pool is on the 4th floor, easily accessed via elevator or stairs from this unit. While on the smaller side, we were still able to be socially distanced from the 3 other people present. The hot tub was a nice addition as well. We did have a few issues during our stay, but nothing that would keep us from enjoying our quick vacation. The balcony sliding door lock apparatuses on the living room doors were broken, which made it difficult to open the doors. The cold water knob on the primary bedroom jacuzzi tub was also broken, which prevented us from turning the cold water off. We ended up calling maintenance, who were very quick to respond, but we were finally able to remove the knob and turn the water off by using a pair of scissors before maintenance had to send anyone out. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this unit, and we plan to rent again in the future!

Great vacation

Great location and property. The ONLY disappointment was we were a 30A Traveler Explore Card for one free admission to activities or bike rental per day during our stay. When we asked Realjoy property management they said we don’t receive with this property. Was told unit came with this card up till day before checking in. Even received an email stating it. Just thought it was false advertising.

A bit worn but nice

This is a rental property not someone's second home and while very nice and well appointed but everything is worn and a lot of little things are broken. Viking appliances but they've been rode hard and put up wet... broken drawers and light switches etc. The location is brilliant if you want to go to the beach - it is very close and exquisitely beautiful. However if you want to sit on the patio and look out at the water you'll be annoyed by constant traffic noise along 30A right below your balcony more or less 24 hours a day. Rooftop pool and hot tub are great!

Great location

We stayed here in Prep for an upcoming wedding. Location is wonderful close to Seaside, Alys and Rosemary Beaches. Accommodation are excellent and communication with RealJoy is excellent. Will be back.

Fall Break trip

Excellent location and beautiful property. Unit could have used a few more supplies. There was only 1 kitchen cloth and small towel, and very limited/small towels in the bathrooms. Bathrooms only had soap ~ other small toiletries (shampoo, conditioner) would have been nice. Also, there was not beach or pool code available in the unit. We had to contact the management when we needed these codes. Received text messages but couldn't respond or ask questions via text, which would have been helpful. Master bed only had 2 pillows. Extra pillows and blankets would have been nice. Overall a beautiful property and nice space ~ would return.

Great location for relaxing

This was our second time at this property (different condo 1st time). A perfect spot - just cross the road for quick beach access with optional beach chairs/umbrellas set up for you. Or head to the 4th floor for a pool with an ocean view. Pool is small but enough to keep cool and for kids to swim (not very deep so great for kids). We really liked to layouts of these condos with the balcony to watch the sunrise/sunset over the ocean - a great spot to just sit. Keep in mind there is a road in between the property and the beach, but the traffic was never much of an issue and there is a crosswalk where almost every car stops for you to cross. This condo was definitely stocked above average for kitchen equipment/pans/utensils and all seemed in good condition overall for what we used. Everything was very clean & I travel with my own spray cleaner & wipes - so it was even clean by my standards. It was great to have the washer & dryer during the trip. This unit was well furnished and decorated. I moved some decorative items out of sight to prevent breakage from my own children. The only thing I could say of any real negative is to bring your own bed pillows - they were really lousy. We traded with every room and ended up with a run to buy some. But other than that it was just about perfect!

Beautifully Decorated and Conveniently Situated

This rental property was beautifully decorated in person as it was online; no surprises. The condo was big enough so that no one had to be on top one another. The kitchen appliances were top notch- Viking. Accessing the beach was no problem as it was directly across the street. It is private and therefore there weren't a lot of people. Is ould definitely stay here again.

We are obsessed with this place!

The minute we walked in we started planning our next stay here! It has the feel of a luxury beach house, but with the convenience of having everyone on one floor. The building is small and much quieter than any condo we've stayed in. It took us 30 seconds to get to the pool. It's right across the street from the beach, which is quiet due to private access. The decor is beautiful. We had two young kids and two seniors with limited mobility in our group. This unit was perfect for us - right next to the elevator (but never disturbed by other guests), walk in showers, comfortable and sturdy furniture. The only downside to staying here was the very steep stairs to the beach. My mom was able to make it down twice, but it was a challenge due to knee and back issues. We had brought a beach wagon, but needed to carry our stuff instead. Thankfully the view from the balcony was gorgeous and my mom was able to see and hear the waves from the condo. Management: please add high safety locks to the balcony doors. Our five-year-old was strong enough to open the doors and our two-year-old loves to climb furniture. We were nervous to sleep in since they're early risers. This was the only concern we had with the unit and we hope it'll be addressed before we book our next trip!

Definitely not as advertised

The amenities were not as advertised at all. To make the situation worse we feel the rental company Invited Home was well aware of all the out of service amenities. They tried to place the blame on the owner and HOA but they are the ones who write the description to advertise the rental. There were FIVE out of order signs on amenities. FIVE! Non were fixed during our ten day stay! The hot tub was partially fixed but never heated up properly. We chose this condo specifically for the amenities and feel we were duped. I asked for a partial refund and was told NO. They gave us a certificate for a dinner in an amount that did not cover four people and when we tried to redeem the certificate we were told it should have been another certificate that would have been mailed to Invited Home. It was very embarrassing. The manager was very nice though and called someone and got it approved. Bathtub was cracked, sliding door got stuck open, washing machine made our clothes stink and I had to buy cleaner to clean it. Overall not what I saved money all year for and looked forward to all year. Skip this one folks!
