An absolute treasure just steps from the ocean! The lodging was comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of amenities and thoughtful perks that made our beach trip even more enjoyable. Brandie was an incredible host—her communication before, during, and after our stay was outstanding. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

Everything that is listed and more! Best place for a family vaca with kids! We loved the house, all the amenities and the location to the beach! The pool was a big hit with the kids and after a hot day at the beach. Would stay here again and highly recommend it. And Brandie was so awesome to work with. Rent golf carts from Bike the Beach and make the trip spectacular!

The Perfect Beach Retreat

Our party of 10 arrived to a beautiful, clean, well-kept property that had every single amenity one could desire. The pool area was stunning and well-maintained. The short walk to the beach was perfect to start or end an already relaxing day. We shared so many beautiful sunsets as a family and cannot wait to return to Laguna Pearl soon. Brandie, our host, kept in contact making sure everything was perfect, which we appreciated. This isn't a goodbye--rather a see ya next time! Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Everything plus more

We loved our stay at this house. The host was so accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had. This house beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The backyard was so nice for the children! One of the main reasons that we stayed here was because the rental rate came with bicycles, boogie boards, scooters, beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, and much, much more. Brandie was wonderful to work with. We will be back. Thanks so much again!

Heaven on earth!

In one word magnificent, Extremely clean and so well stocked with anything you need for the pool or the beach. You can walk to the beach, you can even see it from the driveway! The house is absolutely beautiful, plenty of room (we had 9 adults). Well stocked kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms. Couches, swing and picnic table and so many loungers outside. Very well stocked for babies and little ones. It is very close to shopping, restaurants and there are 2 ways out so you don’t have to go on the main road if you don’t want to! Brandy has thought of everything! She was always available to us! The perfect hostess!

Property with great outdoor space and access to beach!

An AWESOME Family House

As a kid we would rent a condo in PCB every summer for a week and after retiring from the Marines we started that tradition back up. Our family has outgrown our friends condo so we booked Laguna Pearl and had an awesome week with the whole family. Just like the add said we didn’t have to pack a thing! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, strollers, bikes, floats for kids, THE WORKS so don’t worry about packing the car down with the kitchen sink. The house fit our family perfect and was designed with kids in mind. They had plenty of play space inside for those rainy summer afternoons and the upstairs family room was a huge bonus. The rooms were setup very well with great bedding. The interior finishes are premium and so are the household furnishings and appliances. We have stayed in a few VRBO’s and appreciate this one having quality items like we have in our homes. We had a really great time and my only drawback to the property is having a Blink camera overlooking the patio and pool area. This was the first in our stays with properties and just made things a little weird looking up and seeing the red lights on. Overall we had no major issues and the host was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Thank you for having such a great property for our family to enjoy

Great place to stay with all the extras

This rental was fabulous. By far one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed with all the extras. It was completely stocked. We literally could have just showed up with clothes only and been set! Lots of extras in the garage for the beach, pool, you name it. Brandie was great to communicate with and super helpful!

We love it and couldn't have imagined anything better. Since we were traveling with babies there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't supplied. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Would recommend this to others and definitely stay there again.

Our family of 12, 8 adults and 4 kids stayed for 4 nights. We had an amazing experience! The house is beyond gorgeous. The backyard area was amazing for our family. Our time was basically split between the beach and the backyard. The pool and play area was a hit with our family. This is also the best stocked house we have ever stayed at. They have everything for you to use - bikes, scooters, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, coolers, paddle boards, sand toys, and pool toys! We also left at least 5 pairs of googles and the some snorkels for the next family to use. Brandie was an excellent and fast communicator, also sent me a text the check in day just to make sure the house was okay! The house is a short walk down the road to a beach access point, we walked it multiple times a day with no problem. In February we had the scare of a lifetime with my mom. We honestly didn't think she would be here today. Everything about our trip was perfect. Grateful for the perfect place to allow our family to relax and just take time to be thankful. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

We enjoyed the space and amenities available at this home including all the kitchen items, pool toys, bikes, scooters, and everything we needed for days on the beach.
