This large holiday villa is located on a hill in the south-east of Palma and offers fantastic views of the island capital and the bay of Palma. It has an unconventional and imaginative architecture with many balconies, stairs and terraces. Even the most demanding tourists will feel at home here. The terrace area is unique and a favourite spot for all guests. Cool off in the well-maintained pool, sunbathe on the comfortable loungers or relax in the whirlpool (no air conditioning). The popular barbecue area with bar even has a drinks fridge. In the evening, watch the bright lights of Palma and enjoy your holiday with a glass of wine under the bright starry sky. The covered patio with satellite connection is ideal for cosy outdoor dining. 2 bedrooms open on the ground floor to the pool terrace. Ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy spectacular views with the ease of having the city of palma only 15 minutes drive away. as the house has five double bedrooms and a separate granny flat with separate entrance on the ground floor. Several golf courses are within a 10 km radius and popular cycling routes are just around the corner.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). A beautiful house in a beautiful spot. Perfect for our mix of family and friends. The wonderful pool was excellent for when we returned after long days in the mountains or on the beaches. The house is really well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a paella for 12 on our last night and the owner was lovely. Communication with Portic Villas was also excellent. We were only 15 mins from Palma and 45 mins from anywhere else in the island. The island is of course majestic. If there was one thing that some people struggled with it was the lack of aircon in the bedrooms. There were fans but some people found the heat a little difficult to deal with at night. However personally I was very happy with fans in the bedroom and I would highly recommend this beautiful villa in a great location.

Tolle Finca mit schönem Außenbereich!Direkt am Pool eine kleine Bar mit Grill, großem Kühlschrank und Waschbecken.Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt.Palma in 10min mit dem Auto erreichbar.Ein Auto wird aber zwingend benötigt.
