Checked in at 6:44 pm, receptionist gave me room number. Took a while to find the room as no direction was given and hotel is a bit of a maze. Got into room, it was dirty, bugs on the floor, toilet constantly running, and a horrible smell of what i assume was urine. There is also no air conditioning, just a “cool or warm” unit. Had it all the way on cool and was still hot. Weren’t back down about 18 minutes later to discuss concerns and request a check out. I was told a refund was not available because i missed the “15 minute check out window” receptionist was also very rude and had a “not my problem” attitude. Waiting to hear from manager now if they can rectify

Repairs are needed here . The doors didn’t close well. Our bathtub Showere head was missing the metal rink the covers the hole the pip comes through and water was squirting into the cavity. That causes mold to develop in the wall. There was a drip in the ceiling from the bathroom on the floor above. I reported theses items to the desk clerk and she she said no one had ever told her that. This hotel has very low rates.

The front desk staff was not personable. Our room was next to the vending machines, ice and laundry room. Literally on the other side of the wall. We could hear people coming in getting ice, drinks and they’re loud naturally. The room was in a walkway where the staff and people are walking through and they’re talking to each other loud and laughing early in the morning. There was one soap to wash your body and none for your hands. The towels looked like car wash towels. The room was tiny. I wanted to leave and go somewhere else but it was just for a night. I want my money back really. Room number is 145. If they try to put you there, don’t let them. You won’t get any rest from all the constant noise from the vending/ice/laundry room and people walking and talking passing by your door.
