1, the hotel is nice. Nice updated room, the outdoor area is nice and has a nice view of a mountain. Downside. Bathtub, isn’t big, most hotels have bigger ones and restrooms are also usually bigger. The hot tub is not a hot tub. It doesn’t work. Called and asked about it they said it is one temperature. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re just going to stay and go to the bars in downtown.

Disabled access not considered. I was on a walker when I registered but was assigned a room at the back and far end of the hotel, far from handicap parking. There were no ramps from parking lot to my room, requiring me to negotiate a narrow walkway with one set of wheels on pavement and one set in soft landscaping, very risky. I think clerk should have noticed, given my obvious disability, and accommodated me by giving me a room adjacent to the handicap parking and office/refreshment area. I considered going back to the office to ask for a more suitable room, but by the time I struggled to negotiate my way to the room I was exhausted and was in no condition to face the effort and risk of moving to another room. Hotel needs better access for disabled (ramps) located at remote areas. The only ramps and disabled parking are adjacent to the office.

The room was clean and the staff was really kind. But the second bed in my room was falling apart. The leg in the middle of the bed was broken and they couldn't fix it. But by the time we realized it wasn't fixable, my friend and I were all unpacked and did not want to pack everything back up to move rooms. Moving rooms was the only other option and that just wasn't feasible for us, having unpacked 4 days of our stuff already.

I wasn't able to shower since the level was jammed and didn't allow me to open it to turn on the shower head. didn't even bother trying because I didn't want to break anything. also wasn't inform from their posting on hotels.com that their would be a resort fee. website claims there is a $50 deposit fee but was told I would be charged $150. lovely place but I would not be returning anytime soon.
