I loved the clean, crisp, brightly lit rooms. The bed was comfortable and the staff was efficient and accommodating. I loved having a choice of pools and whirlpools. Finding the right amount of sun or shade was never a problem.

Great staff but room was not great

The room was loud the repairs to the room were sloppy... but the staff was great...

Boutique hotel, missing some basics

Pros: Quiet and charming
Location: Great location, with lots to do, much within walking.
Friendly staff, Only 1 chair in room and NO drawers to put your cloths in. We were there 5 days and that is too long to live out of a suitcase. Travelocity said coffee pot but there was none, but they finally brought us one, next day didn't replace cups or coffee..(there was coffee in the lobby till 9 am) Next day they left coffee but it didn't machine. This has first class pricing but not a first class facility. Wall sconce was broken. Some days we had no wash cloths. Nice bath robes and linens,and very good food. We might have enjoyed this property more if the weather had been a little warmer.(not their fault)

Nice ambiance

Hotel and staff and food/drinks were excellent. We stayed in the main hotel area, not in a bungalow. The room was very nice with cute decor. My only issue was with the bathroom. Bathtub was old and scummy. Needed to be re-plastered or something. We took our dog and the hotel was great with him. The spa was nice and the pools were all nicely heated. We will definitely return.

Great concept and location...

Pros: The location is walkable to Downtown Palm Springs and has great views of the San Jacinto mountains.
Cons: Hotel exterior and grounds need refresh. Rooms feel cheap and dated.
Location: South Palm Canyon Dr. and Downtown Palm Springs is a few blocks.
I know this brand well from other locations and this one is in need of a refresh. Shame since the staff is nice, and the service is good, but the hotel is dated and feels cheap in comparison to it's competition and sister properties.
