This was an awesome place in a very convenient location. The house was spotless and well appointed. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The value for the money here is fantastic, and the host was very responsive. The only thing I would recommend is leaving a porch light on when guests are arriving. It was very dark with no street lights in the vicinity of the house, and it made opening the lock box on the door very difficult. It was a very nice stay!

Wonderful stay — highly recommendI had a great experience during my stay. The host was fantastic — welcoming, responsive, and made everything incredibly easy. The home itself was spacious and comfortable, with beds that made it easy to relax after a long day. The kitchen was equipped for what we needed and our family enjoyed gathering in the open space.The location was also a huge plus, conveniently close to shopping and anything else you might need. I’d happily stay here again.

Property was exceptionally clean! You could eat off the floor. We needed a place to stay for the family and do laundry during a kids’ soccer tournament, and this house was perfect. My only constructive feedback was that there were Glade plug ins in different rooms, which is not to our personal preference as a family. Quick fix to unplug and the smell went away.

Enjoyable time

It was very nice. We liked the openess of the main rooms. The master bedroom and bath are situated on the opposite side of the house from the other 2. Most of our experience was quite positive. The only negatives were a few dead bugs behind a chair. Also we had to buy a mixer because there wasn’t one. Neither were there any large serving bowls or measuring cups. But we had a very enjoyable time and found it easy to relax there.

The Standard in quality customer service

If I'm not mistaken, I believe we were the very first guests to stay at this property and it was great. This house and location were PERFECT for what we needed. I really felt like this was a home, not simply a house to rent. Good quality furniture, adequate space, high-grade electrical appliances, close to the grocery store, professionally placed dos and don'ts posted in the appropriate locations. This is how you run a business.From 1-10, I give it a 9.5. There were just a few drawbacks.The floor tiles are beautiful, but slippery. The tiles outside at the entrance were very slippery after it rained. An outdoor mat at the entrance will help. For the bathrooms, I recommend non-slip rugs, the current rugs would slide around and the floor was slippery when wet from stepping out of the shower. This is an easy fix and did not take away from the beautiful stay in this lovely home.The second was the television setup. You need a Samsung account to log in to access the subscription channels. It was not a major problem for me because I am an Android user however everyone else in my family are iPhone users which do not require a Samsung account. I recommend a setup that can accommodate any user, like Roku or Fire TV.Last was the iron board. I would suggest a full size iron board instead of the small table-top iron board that was provided. A plus - All of the beds were very comfortable.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
