We didn’t stay at this hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. Although Hotels.com tried to get a refund from the hotel, the hotel would not oblige. We are rearranging our trip to Laos next Spring. We will not be booking this hotel.

The bed & pillows were super comfy, making for a very good night's sleep. The staff made us hearty breakfast boxes for our early morning departure, plus free transfers were included from and to the pier to catch our slow boat. I could've easily stayed another couple of nights to fully immerse myself in the Mekong experience. "
