Good hotel on the beach, the people running it were responsive, good view of the ocean from the rooms. The place, inside and outside was very clean. The water/beach right infront of the hotel is very rocky and had lots of debris on the beach. Overall it was good.

The hotel is beautifully located surrounded by a tropical garden. We had a luxury room with a pretty view but to get there we had to climb very steep steps. The food was very good but the dinner/lunch menu was the same the 4 days we stayed there.

The property is beautiful and our kids loved their time in the many pools - as well as in the ocean! My one minor complaint is that the shower leaked out the bottom of the door - otherwise, everything was great!

This is a lovely hotel. The pool is wonderful, the rooms are good, the food is excellent and the staff our outstanding. It's a real treat. It's also close to everything. I highly recommend it for your stay in Penonome.

Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel.
