"As with most of the older properties near pacific beach they are aged and lacking in some areas and great in others. PS is no different, it's location is it's strongest asset. It's right there a 200-300 foot walk and there is Pacific Beach in all it's glory. A/C is probably the biggest issue the A/C unit in my room looked like it was in the Korean War However, it did work just wasn't pushing enough cool air for as hot as it was, A box fan was also provided which did help, but wasn't enough. So we went to target and got another box fan which made it bearable. I can't report on others rooms but ours was sufficient as far as the other items in the room."
