"We were only staying for one night but the hotel far surpassed our expectations. It is a great position for getting the ferry and that was our main requirement. Our room was very comfortable and we had very nice, well cooked and reasonably priced meal in the restaurant. The breakfast was also very good and although you had to pay extra for barista coffee it was very good and well worth paying for. If we need to stay in Piraeus again, we would definitely stay here."

"Stay was May 29th to 30th 2026 The customer service. My only concern was with the breakfast experience and the breakfast staff. We paid an additional fee for breakfast, but it was very disappointing. We arrived around 9:30 a.m., and there were very few food options remaining. When we asked if items would be refilled, the staff repeatedly said no. We requested creamer and orange juice and were told that no more would be put out. I took a croissant and returned a few minutes later for another, only to find they were gone. When I asked if more would be brought out, the answer was again no. This was around 10:15 a.m., even though breakfast was scheduled to be served until 11:00 a.m. Several other guests came down during that time and were also left with very limited choices. In reality, breakfast was not available until 11:00 a.m.—it was available only until the food ran out. For guests paying extra for breakfast, I would expect food and beverages to be replenished throughout the advertised breakfast hours. Breakfast issue happened on May 30 2026"

"Rooms were cleaned spotless one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed. Aurora was very helpful. Reception staff are very helpful. Please note parking is not always guaranteed at the property but there is free parking across the road and it is very well connected with the tram line."

"Fantastic hotel with an amazing breakfast. The rooms were good size. The neighborhood is very walkable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Be advised, most taxi vans won’t drop off or pick up in front of the hotel due to the narrow corridor."
