I cannot stress enough how helpful and friendly the staff was at this hotel. We were taking a cruise and this hotel has a very good location close to the cruise ships and ferry. They will call you a cab to go anywhere in Athens. We were given a late check out due to our cruise departure time. I highly recommend this hotel if you are taking a cruise or ferry.

I absolutely LOVED staying here. I came into Athens one day before my cruise, and spent the night here with a friend. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and recommended tons of great places, and was very helpful with transportation. The hotel is next to both the cruise terminals and metros, making it very accessible. The attached restaurant is amazing, and the complimentary breakfast changed my life. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Athens!

Piraeus is a place that unless you have a local guide, there’s not much clearly meant for tourism. But the hotel is right across from the metro, which is very convenient! And the service was very accommodating. We think the people in the room next to us were smoking, because we were experiencing the smell a lot in our room, after checking in (we don’t smoke). We asked them to investigate/if they could help in any way, and after the 2nd ask they moved us to another room. We didn’t expect it, but we very much appreciated them doing that, because we know it is hard to do

The port hotel is a small quaint property located right downtown. It is an excellent location for the metro and the Piraeus port and has a fantastic cafe right next store. Street noise levels varied some nights were totally quiet other nights were ridiculously loud, nonetheless a excellent hotel.

The staff of the hotel and adjoining restaurant Bacaro were outstanding, with service that went above and beyond. The breakfast that was included had a huge variety of hot and cold dishes that were prepared fresh by the chef each morning. Hotel staff provided extremely helpful and detailed information on local transportation such as the Metro, bus, and hop on/hop off buses, even suggesting which routes and days to avoid extra crowds due to an international football event (which we had no idea was happening).
