Our second stay. We like the proximity to the port. Angela at the front desk was a tremendous help after my wallet was stolen in Athens. She was able to assist us contacting our banks to cancel credit cards. We could not have done it without her! Hotel staff is always pleasant, helpful, and accommodating! Rooms are always comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Sketchy area. No kleenex in room. Impossible to contact front desk from room. Promised NC shuttle to cruise ship terminal had to call taxi. Hotel wanted prepayment for taxi and then driver tried to collect again at destination. Breakfast charges of 23 euros was excessive for poor food, no decaf coffee no syrup for pancakes. Lots of noise throughout the night.
