Welcome to Waterfront Inn, a cozy ground-floor condo with a finished basement, offering a perfect blend of comfort and modern charm for your next getaway.

The main level boasts an open-concept living and kitchen area, designed for both relaxation and socializing. The bright living space flows seamlessly into the fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy time with loved ones. A full bathroom is conveniently located just off the main living area, and the master bedroom features a plush queen bed and a walk-in closet to make your stay even more comfortable. The in-unit laundry adds an extra layer of convenience. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living area includes a pull-out couch for guests.

On the lower level, the finished basement provides a secondary living area—a cozy retreat for unwinding or enjoying quiet time. The second bedroom, complete with a queen bed, offers a restful space for guests, while another full bathroom on this level ensures privacy and convenience for all.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

Waterfront Inn has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $500 fine.
