"Amazing property! The staff were so kind. I lost my glasses off of the balcony and the next day staff searched to find them for me! The onsen on the balcony was so wonderful! A very spacious room with nice amenities. Great view of lake Biwa. Would highly recommend!"

"The place needs a really good deep clean, the bathroom smelt of urine. The rooms smelt very musty. The baths were good fun! But with the place being so empty I think the guests there could of been given better rooms."
