"Hand rail coming off wall in bathroom (if I had my Allen keys o would have fixed it easily) walls looked like they haven’t been cleaned this year, marks all over them. No soap supplied in bathroom. Restaurant closed which didn’t find out until check in. Gambling room open though. Big “no weed zone” ..."

"Very vibrant welcoming foyer with lovely customer service throughout the place especially buffet breakfast had excellent customer service in the area. Our room although needs attending to with mould in sealing of shower unit & cracked unattended tiles. Would of been great to have extra toiletries in our room like toothbrushes etc instead of asking front desk for them. Also our phone in our room had no connection so we couldn't order room service. Over all a nice place to stay."
