As all Westin hotels worldwide, this one is very good, beautiful and with a spacious room and bathroom. There were 2 things that called my attention: 1- the shower water was very little, that is, the shower was not very good. 2- When we checked out and went downstairs with our carry-on luggage to catch a taxi, there was no one outside to help us put our bags inside the taxi. I found it strange, because on other days, when we arrived from our tours, there was always someone next to the taxi and we would ask if we needed help. However, I didn't report either of these issues (weak shower and lack of assistance) to the hotel, meaning they couldn't make any adjustments. Therefore, I hope this message reaches them so they can address these minor issues, as the Westin chain always provides excellent service.

Centrally located with just a short walk (15 min) to Osaka City Station. The best shopping and restaurants are located in the area- Grand Front Osaka, Lucua, Hanshin, Daimaru, Herbis, Hep 5. If you are like us with lots of luggage, a taxi ride in will cost $150 from KIX. We took the limousine bus on the return back and paid a total of $31. This included a taxi to the Herbis bus stop. Just a tad less convenient than catching a taxi, but a great option to save a bit of $ to use for more shopping.

This is still an amazing place to stay in Osaka. Th location is my fav esp with the new Osaka Station mall complex. Nice big rooms with tons of amenities. I wish the rooms were slightly more modern, but they are not dated by any means. The breakfast is amazing.

Locality is okish. 15 minute walk to Osaka station. If you have luggage. Shuttle service is good but starts only by 10 a.m. hotel is well maintained with good breakfast and friendly staff

Location, and staff were amazing! Small downside: pool is for adults only. Our fault for not checking and not a diss on the hotel. We used this hotel as our Osaka site seeing spot and USJ adventures. Beds were really small is our only complaint.
