Good hotel, clean, and friend Staff. Room are small, if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room this place is prefect. Offers good amenities. The room was clean yet a bit small even for Japan. We needed quite a bit of assistance to get the checkin process to work. But they had staff there to help. They do not have enough elevator capacity. We were often waiting. We wished there were stairs however they were only for emergencies (had locks to open). Glad they had a convenience store on site and also laundry. Washers were good but dryers not.

Pool is extra charge. We asked for same day delivery and then were told it would take 2 days to arrive but weren’t told in enough time. Check in process was a nightmare with very little help. Long line to store luggage. Everything was very clean however.

Apa in Osaka was perfect. It was right above a station. Therefore it was 1 or 2 stops to get to the more populated areas such as Namba and Umeada. It had an Onsen on site to relax after a long day of walking. Overall a great stop to make a home base for a few day stay.
