Great experience with very minor issues.

Great hotel and location. Just a block away from the namba train station and close to shops. Our only issues were the very small pillows and that the TV was just placed on the window desk (taking up about a third of the view) instead of being mounted on the wall. Very minor issues

Hotel Il Cuore Namba had a great location — super close to Namba Station and easy to get around — and the staff were very nice. However, overall it was one of our least favourite stays. The room and especially the bathroom were very small, which made it feel a bit cramped and uncomfortable. If you’re just looking for somewhere basic and convenient to sleep, it does the job.

Right in the thick of the shopping and dining district of Osaka, everything was within walking distance, and we spent so much time exploring Dotonbori. The room was typically small, but functional, and the staff were amazing, as in general mostly everyone is in Japan. I would recommend this hotel and book again in a heartbeat.

It’s located in a very prime location, very close to the airport, train station and the shopping area. It’s reasonably clean and tidy , washroom is clean as well. Good choice for tourists.

If you stay for consecutive nights, the room will be cleaned once for every 3 nights, but I didn't know that I had to put a magnet on the door on the day I wanted the room cleaned, so I couldn't get it cleaned. The magnet sign is hard to understand, and they should announce it when you check in.
