The room was super clean and in excellent shape. The daily cleaning was top notch. The room is a little small for 3 people, but it would be perfect for 2 people. Front desk staff was super helpful. The location is what really makes this hotel excellent. It is connected to the Dotica underground passageway that can be used to walk to Umeda Nishi station which we used for most of our touring. If you need other lines you can walk just a little further underground to the Osaka station with many trains and other subway lines. To get there you go to level B1 from a separate elevator to the regular ones. We found this super handy. Especially when it is raining.

The room was spotless. However, don’t try to ask for early check in (even if it is one hour before official check in), because they will ask for a fee that exceeds the daily rate. Spare yourself feeling this indignity. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice and modern and well located.

Rooms were way too small for 2 adults 1 child when the sofa area was setup as the 3rd bed. Cant walk when luggagea are opened up. The booking should have suggested a bigger room size.

Staff at the front lobby especially Mr. Fu was very helpful and gave lots of tips to make our vacation more enjoyable. The luggage transfer service from our hotel in Kyoto to Elsereine in Osaka was awesome. One thing that the hotel needs is a self service laundry room.

Some of the staff was very rude and did not help with necessary things. The area is good but not good facilities considering how big hotel chain this is. There wasn’t event a smart TV which is literally available in any small hotel. All in all the hotel was a disappointment
