Very good size room and bed. Good cooking facilities for when we wanted to eat in. Room modern and kept very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff who helped me find a local dentist. Convenient shuttle to and from Shin Osaka station. Good choice of restaurants and shopping at Shin Osaka station. Even some large locate supermarket, sports and electrical stores near by for bargain presents shopping.

We stayed 11 nights, and got a great deal by booking a King Suite 7 months in advance. The room has a washer/dryer, full-size refrigerator, mini-kitchen with glasses, plates, silverware...just like a mini-apartment. The bathroom was also very nice with separate bathing/toilet areas. The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant just off the lobby is good and convenient. We especially appreciated the shuttle to Shin-Osaka station, except that it doesn't run for 90min in the afternoon, and stops at 9:30pm. I paid a visit to the Lawson convenience store across the street almost every day. My wife was sick for half the trip and had to stay in the room, so she especially appreciated the room we had. Next time, we will get travel insurance so we can go to the hospital across the street. We would definitely like to stay there again.
