The room we got was outdated and shows a lot of wear (like the closet door broken off). The walls and carpet have noticeable stains. Bathroom had poor ventilation so we found slight mold on the ceiling. As always, the photos make it look much newer than it really is. The location is prime for being close to the train station and desirable restaurants.

It was so quiet. Staff were kind and multi lingual. Unfortunately the room spray used in the lobby was overpowering and cloying. I'd like to express my hearty thanks to the staff in the cafe who had the breakfast buffet stocked with many delicious choices. Great job. Will definitely come back.

Standard western style double room. The room had an office chair, a bucket style chair and a small table. Nowhere to access or store suitcases which is manageable for a night or 2. Clean. Bathroom light fine for males but too dim for women to apply makeup. Staff friendly and helpful. We had afternoon tea at the cafe great coffee and cakes... sadly only open limited hours and days. 2min walk to shopping arcade & shops. 15min walk through arcade to Dotonbori.
