One of My Worst Hotels Ever
To start, I am well travelled and stay in a number of hotels each year. The Hilton at Rome Fiumicino Airport has joined my bottom three hotels in my life. The room smelled, power wall fixtures were popping out and the room in general was very “tired”. I don’t usually go out of my way to do negative reviews but this place has left an impression that the Hilton name ranks low moving forward. The staff were arrogant and had better service from other 3-5 star hotels. The only reason we chose this hotel was due to a 6AM flight the next morning. Take my advice and stay at another hotel a few kilometres away with a shuttle service!
