Roberta and Armando were excellent hosts! From the moment we arrived until our departure, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Roberta even prepared a to-go bag of snacks for our travel day. She also supplied the room with items travelers often need, such as a phone charger, a mini sewing kit, toothbrush and toothpaste, etc. And Armando gave us thorough directions for dinner options. You can tell they both love what they do and want guests to have a positive experience!

I cannot say enough nice things about this property and the proprietors! Armando and Roberta were so incredibly welcoming that we felt like we were staying with family. It was raining when we arrived, and they met us at the car with umbrellas and to help with our luggage. They got us settled in nicely, gave us suggestions for dinner and even proactively arranged our transportation to the airport the next morning. And then they were there early the next morning, again with umbrellas and helping with our luggage. The property was nicely updated, quiet and exceptionally clean. Easy walking distance to a nice little town with several dining and gelato options along the river.

What a wonderful place to stay on our last night in Italy. The owners are an absolute delight and take so much pride in their business. The room was very clean, everything was brand new and the small touches throughout made it even more special. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and visit the beach. I found the managers/owners to be VERY ATTENTIVE and truly went out of their way to accommodate our stay. I had a very early morning flight and needed a taxi at 4:45AM. Sadly we woke up to violent thunderstorms. Owners woke up, made sure I was awake and saw to it that the taxi arrived and personally put us in the car. Attention to detail and service like tha is above and beyond!!!

Great place to stay, close to the airport if you have a layover, which I did. I arrived late, staff was there to help arrange a taxi for early the next morning. The room was very nice. I left at four AM the taxi was there on time and reasonably priced. Staff had arranged a to go bag for me with breakfast and travel snacks. Nice room and terrific staff, highly recommended!

The guest house is on the edge of an industrial area, and at first glance I wondered what we'd done. But it turned out to be a great place, on the edge of a residential area, with a quiet courtyard and a two-block walk to the restaurant district. We were upgraded to a ground floor room because my husband has problems with steps. The people could not have been nicer and the amenities went beyond the norm (the room included a portable luggage scale and the owner gave us a snack bag when we left.) The only difficulty is getting to the town of Fulmucino is surprisingly expensive even though its less than 3 miles from the airport. Ask the guest house owners about the bus (a cheap but infrequent alternative.)

Very nice couple checked us in. They arranged for a cab to pick us up early the next morning to go to the airport, and sent us off with a bag of food items as a gift. That was really nice and unexpected. It definitely came in handy on our long flight. Rooms were very clean and had so many nice details you don’t find in other hotels. The AC worked great on a hot summer day. You can tell they take pride in their work and providing a memorable experience for guests. We highly recommend it!
