At 2:50 PM i was not allowed to check in. Check in time is at 3PM thr lady yelled from back office whe she sat in her chair. I can only assume she didnt want to do the paperwork. At 3:01 pm there was new staff. Whe i waited the 11 minutes I drove around and counted 15 car. That included staff. But for

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. The staff are always friendly and I feel it’s the best value for our money. The hotel is definitely dated but the bed is super comfortable, the breakfast is decent and it’s always quiet.

Re. check-in: this process was "slick", we landed before the desk and were processed, supported and directed to a nicely designed and appointed room. We had a pleasant interchange with the desk clerk. Stretched out on the bed now - feels like it will afford us a good sleep.

Fantastic customer service, all around amazing, the only thing I can complain about is the Wi-Fi. But when we had a problem with the microwave they replaced it nearly immediately, provided extra blankets ASAP, and the people at the front were extremely kind.
