Having access to such a large and private balcony adds to the living space of the home. Large screen doors open to the living area with comfy sofas before a wall-mounted large-screen TV with a PS4. This grand room also includes a fine dining table that seats up to 8 guests and a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Here you can conveniently cook homemade meals or store & reheat take-out.

The first bedroom is a master suite with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub and separate shower. This suite also has balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom with a bath & shower combo. The third bedroom has two full-size beds with direct access to a bathroom with a bath & shower combo. All of the bedrooms have private TVs, and there is a washer & dryer available for your convenience.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat.
