The room was decent, definitely NOT worth what I paid!! The fireplace didn't work, the only A/C was a cheap box fan, the room was basically clean, but needed a better vacuum job, & the temperature in the shower had to constantly be adjusted otherwise you would either freeze or be scaled! There were NOWHERE near enough tables in the breakfast room for people to eat, the food was HORRIBLE, & the girl didn't keep it stocked! There was always AT LEAST a 20 minute wait for coffee, or food... Even the food in the coolers that ran out (milk, yogurt, fruit)! If you got pancakes, you HAD to get a table because that's the only place to get syrup for them, unless you disturbed other guests & reach over them! WILL NOT STAY AGAIN, NOR WILL I RECOMMEND!!

Nice reasonably priced comfortable room. It was described as non view, but window looked out onto Seaside Prom and the sand. That was a plus for us. It was a short walk to the center of town. There are many beach accesses along the Prom.

Excellent stay. The only issue I encountered was that the shower had a leak because of which it was leaking a stream towards the shower curtain, coupled with the shower curtain itself being backwards, causing a lot of water water to spill after the first shower taken. Once I fixed how the shower curtain was attached, the water spillage was minor (not zero) because of the leaking stream towards shower curtain. Staff was exceptionally helpful.
