Nice place. Few amenities. If you need snacks they have you covered. Just be sure you get a room with ocean view specifically if that's what youre looking for. Didn't like all the witchy decorations in lobby though. There's more to do with Halloween if you wanna be festive than frickin witches and witch hats 🙄🙄🙄

Room was spacious and clean, even though it’s old. There was no air conditioning which makes the room smell a little musty. Breakfast was very good with a big selection of choices. The employees were all very nice and helpful. Awesome location on the promenade. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location

Booked this hotel for my mentally challenged adult son & his wife, so this info is 2nd hand from them. They love Seaside, so the waterfront location near the promenade was perfect for them, since they have no vehicle (walked everywhere). The room was small, great view, they had some problems with the shower, but didn’t report it to management. They loved the breakfast & warm cookies offered in the evening, and used the pool every day.

Ebb Tide is right on the beach! It's backdoor is the Promenade. We had a cute room with a fireplace and the breakfast is really good! I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay here again.
