Beetle in the bed, towel ripped when using it, lady hollering right outside our window half the night. Pay the 60 more and stay at one of the better hotels next door!

The front desk lady was fantastic! So helpful when it came to finding a place to grab a quick bite to eat. The property itself was very lovely. It was clean and updated with a touch of old school motel feel.

Room a little smaller than most I have stayed in. Coffe available in lobby after 7pm. Grouuds can use updating paint, walkways, price was good , perfect for overnight stay.

A disaster 😭

Check in was smooth and desk staff was friendly. It fell off a cliff after that. Room was hot, humid and mold was visible on curtains. We had to flée the room after an hour because both or our sinuses were enflamed and we had a bad respiratory reaction to the mold. Did I mention the ceiling was falling?

I booked through Travelocity. I chose this based on the rate of $75 per day. Once I went online to pull it up to pay, the rate increased to $95 per day in less than 24 hours! The website for Baymont did not initially mention any extra fees. Upon arrival, I was asked for $40 pet fee ($20 p/d). Upon checkout the final bill jumped $99 from the original price. The copy shows $99 was manually tacked onto the bill. I traveled to attend a funeral. There is a lot of expense driving in from out of state. I need my $99 back now! The man at checkout had someone update the website rate and pet fee which was not there before. He now only promises to give me back $11. Where is the other $90???

Well the rooms are extremely strong of mildew and mold smell. There was a man casing the outside of the hotel which even a couple at the near by hotel seemed to be watching him too. Felt unsafe and was traveling solo. I have mold allergy any it was very strong in the rooms. I tried 2 rooms had to decline staying

We only stayed for a few hours, but the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was outstanding and the people were very friendly if I were traveling and needed a place to stay in Santee, South Carolina I would definitely recommend this property.

Room was not really clean. Chair had old food scraps on it. Floor felt gritty. But bathroom was clean! Hotel looks a bit ‘seedy’, but of course the lobby looks good.continental breakfast okay. Location good, right off 95. Would not stay here again
