The property was great! My only complaint was that at check in we were told They would clean the room and give us towels etc. everyday. The only day in our 5 day stay that the bed was made was the day I left money on the table and a note asking them to do so. On the first night we spilled a drink on our bed and had all the towels and bedding set aside for them to grab. They took all the bedding and towels and left us nothing. When we called down for it they brought us sheets to a bed and we had no blankets and no replacement towels. I definitely did not like that they did not clean the room as we were told.

The hotel was great. Five stars. Clean room, friendly staff and super close to Disneyland. The only issue I had was homeless people camped out or sleeping on the sidewalk close nearby. That isn’t something the hotel can control but it is still an issue especially when it is where kids are walking.

Property was in an excellent location for visiting Disneyland although rhere was a lot of traffic noise. The property was a bit dated but was very clean, the rooms were big and had everything we required. The air conditioner unit was also very noisy so couldnt leave it on at night. The pool & spa were lovely & the staff were very pleasant & helpful.

Property location is great. No cleaning service or new towels provided on some dates of our multi day stay, which was not ideal. Hotels are different now, as it’s the usual to not have daily cleaning service, so you have to make your own beds and keep trash to a minimum, but yet prices go up. Not the hotels fault, just something to make note of, as it is becoming the norm. But I imagine people stay here for the ideal proximity to the park, so that is a perk.
