When I checked in, the room had an issue with the leaking "P" trap on the bathroom sink. Needless to say that first night was interesting using the sink. I reported it the following morning and the front desk person said, "I've had a service order on that for a few days, and they shouldn't have rented that room to you." I was gone for the remainder of the day and the leak was fixed. Everything was satisfactory from that point on.
