Our family 6-night stay in Feb 2026 was excellent. The rooms were clean. I like to commend Ryo Matsuoka san for his assistance rendered to us. He went out of the way to help us with taxi arrangement to Chubu airport for our guests who attended my son’s wedding.

"The reception staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and service staff clean and change bed sheets and towers every day. There is an option if one does not wish to have them changed to save the environment. It is next to two floors of restaurants and shopping g malls As the hotel is next to the railway station, we can hear the trains but not to a disturbing level. "
