Good hotel in a prime location

It was a good hotel with laundry facilities in the lobby. They had room service to clean up rooms or just replace towels upon your request. There was an automated barista machine in the lobby serving free hot coffee and hot chocolate. Also an automated wine server for a glass of wine in the evening which I didn’t have a chance to taste. The hotel is right across from Alpen Nagoya (sporting goods) store and lots of brand name stores all around. There’s a Don Quijote a block away and 2 blocks away there is a street full of izakayas and restaurants. The staff was amazing. They were very helpful researching items that we have left behind at the previous hotel. We left the hotel. One of our visitors forgot his backpack in the lobby. The employee (Bemu) chased us several blocks with the backpack as we walked to the train station.

Fall Stay

Room needs a little cleaning especially the bathroom. It smelled a little musty. The room itself was a little dusty and had to turn off the air conditioner. On the other hand, the hotel location was great. The location was very close to the shopping area and only a few subway stops from tourist attractions.

My first impression was really bad when arrived for check in. Fabric sofa benches in front of reception area were old and full of dirty stains and spots. I don’t know how could their employees or management faced them everyday.
