AOS features one or two bedroom suites each with 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and a living/dining area. ATLANTIC OCEAN SUITES has a heated, indoor salt-water pool with an adjacent patio. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The pool is accessible via a lift for those with difficulty navigating the steps. Amenities available include grills, beach umbrellas and chairs, boogie and skim boards and assorted beach toys for young children.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed facing a bay window. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed that can easily accommodate 3 guests. If additional sleeping space is needed, the sofa opens to a queen sleeper. Please note: the entire property is non smoking and pets are not allowed.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a seat. The vanity is oversized with plenty of storage for each guest's toiletries. The first floor SAND CASTLE SUITE is an ADA compliant unit for our guests who may need these accommodations.

Excellent location very clean
Here for the New England Parkinson’s ride. Great beach steps away. Brewery across the street. Great location Surprisingly quiet. Bachelorette Party in our building and did not her a thing. Party who checked us in very kind. Furniture could use slip covers. Worn but very clean. In our price range terrific!

Beautiful suite!
This place was super clean! The service was fantastic. We only spent one night for a group celebrating a bachelorette party. There was so much room, very airy, lots of closets. The balcony was amazing, over looking the ocean. Would come back here for an extended stay in the future!
