Loved the cozy, old fashioned atmosphere. Yet all the rooms were recently updated and though small, very clean and modern. Music and fireworks and beautiful ocean views make this a hotel not to be missed. Loved walking through the first floor to learn the history of the house. It's special.

This is one of the cleanest places we have stayed at in OOB.. 3RD yr with them, 2nd yr with this property (they have 3 connecting properties). By luck, we ened up with same exact room as last year ! Thank you. Staff has always been pleasant when going around cleaning/changing linens in other rooms. We will be back again next year :)

La chambre réservé ne vallait pas le prix payé, porte patio avec laquelle on voit pas dehors, porte en moustiquaire brisé, lit sur et très inconfortable, aire climatisé bruyante. C'était correct sans plus, j'étais dans le motel, j'ai 100 fois plus aimé la maison l'été passé.

This property is the perfect location right on the beach. We stayed in a king poolside room and it was perfect. Clean and such a cozy set up. Linens were great, floors look new. We will definitely be back for hopefully a longer stay.

The photos of this hotel don't represent ALL of the potential rooms, so our room was not as nice as we were hoping. The water in the bathtub did not drain and the toilet had issues flushing. It was fine for our weekend, but it wasn't as nice as advertised. But the pools were nice and the beach is literally right there. Also great walking distance from the action at OOB. So it's a nice location, just a little run down.

Odd that you need to walk three hotels over to check in. When going to our room trash was bagged and on the floor at 3pm and still there when we checked out at 7am. We checked out early because the train that goes through Old Orchard Beach sounds it horn right at the property. The trains go by what seems to be every hour from 2am to 6am. Not a bad hotel just not the best beach. Will not return to OOB.
